Plot Overview

T.J. tells Justin and Ashley that Gregory is now officially their son. Vivien tells Judith she hasn't heard from Ruby. Ruby tries to hurry out of the office and Reena asks her why she is in such a hurry. Justin thanks T.J. and suggests they all go out and celebrate Gregory's adoption. Then T.J. offers to go to Dallas for Justin but he Justin says he has to go. Billy Joe tells Hunt he can't get a hold of his house contractor. Hunt learns River Breeze Corp. bought the building that the Starlight is in. Ruby tells Reena she was looking for evidence to link her with Hannibal. Then Reena kicks her out of the office. Nita thanks Paige for talking to Billy Joe. Billy Joe learns that the contractor's phone lines are no longer in service. Ruby arrives at the Wheeler's and gives Judith the sample of Reena's handwriting. Ruby also tells Judith that Reena is on the 5:30 flight to Dallas. Hunt tells Vicky he still hasn't spoken to the new owner. Then he learns the new owner is Striker Bellman. Hunt doesn't tell Vicky who the new owner is and leaves. Grant and Reena make up and then Reena tells Grant she found Ruby going through her desk. Grant invites Reena to dinner in Spring Valley. Judith shows Ruby the forged note and gives it to Ruby to deliver to Grant. After Ruby leaves Judith decides that after she gets rid of Reena, Ruby will be next. Hunt confronts Striker and tells him he doesn't intend to tell Vicky who is behind this because he loves Vicky. Billy Joe tells Nita he is worried about the contractor and she tries to reassure him. If worse comes to worse they can sell the land and get a smaller place. Justin tells Ashley his trip will be a big success. Reena tells Grant that she doesn't feel like going out tonight. Then Grant leaves and Justin calls Reena and tells her he will see her in a little while. T.J. tells Paige the adoption is final and they are going to have a party but without Justin. Ashley tells Gregory the adoption is final but Justin had to go to Dallas on a business trip. Gregory calls Ashley mom. Ruby and Judith toast to their success but Judith isn't happy that they aren't sure Reena left the building before Ruby left the note on Grant's desk. Grant sees the note from Reena. On a plane, Reena is about to land in Dallas.
