Plot Overview

Justin tells Ashley he may have to pull her money out of Hannibal's companies. Barker calls Grant and tells him of Joel's attack and Grant tells Reena. Mark and Ruby arrive home with Joel and Lurlene from the police station. Ashley tells Justin she saw Hannibal last night and he says his companies are OK. Hawker and Boots tell Reena that Hannibal hasn't dealt straight with them and is in financial trouble so Reena suggests they join World Oil. Rikki and Brette wake up together and he invites her to move in with him but she isn't so sure about it. Paige stops by Ashley's to talk about her marrying T.J. Mildred visits T.J. and he tells her that he is planning to marry Paige so she had better get along with her or she will lose him. Grant arrives to see Joel and Lurlene and Mark tells him what happened. Brette tells Rikki as soon as Judith moves out of the house she will move in with him. Then Rikki gets a call from Lurlene telling him what happened. Ashley tells Paige that now is a bad time to talk about her marrying T.J. because of all the trouble with Hannibal's companies. Ashley confides in Paige that Hannibal will mess up Gregory's adoption if she pulls her money out of Hannibal's companies. Reena tells Hawker and Boots she wants to talk business with them the next time they meet and they agree. T.J. tells Justin Hannibal's stock is falling but that they should sit tight for now and Justin agrees. Ruby tells Lurlene about her night at the Spindle Top. George St. John introduces himself to Justin and takes pictures of him. Joel tells Lurlene not to feel bad because she didn't know the guard was a fake. T.J. tells Paige that Hannibal can't mess up the adoption proceedings and also tells her of Mildred's visit. Justin tells George of his plans to adopt Gregory and suggests they he takes pictures of the mansion when it is completed. Then George meets Ashley and takes pictures of the 2 of them together. Rikki and Brette arrive to see Joel and Lurlene tells them what happened. Grant tells Reena the police are watching Joel. Reena tells Grant that a man named Hannibal was behind Hawker and Boots sending oil leases to Justin but they may now back World Oil instead. Crenshaw calls Ruby to tell her where and when they will meet.
