Plot Overview
Vicky asks Reena to lunch with Mildred. Judith tells Grant about the dinner and then asks him to pick a date for just a family dinner. Lurlene tells Ruby that Joel can check out today and she wants him to stay with them but Ruby doesn't like it. Grant picks next Wednesday as the dinner date. Nita tells Paige she didn't want to wake Billy Joe when she left for work. Ruby reluctantly agrees that Joel can stay with them. Billy Joe sees Nita and she tells him she was lonely without him. Lurlene talks Joel into staying with her and Ruby. Reena meets Mildred and they have lunch with Vicky. When Vicky leaves, Reena learns that Mildred doesn't like Ashley. Lurlene gets Joel checked out of the hospital. Judith tells Mark about dinner next Wednesday and also tells him that she likes Ruby. Mildred leaves Reena by telling her that no one really knows what happened between Ashley and T.J. in college but it still upsets her. Nita tells Billy Joe about her trip. Mark tells Grant that the cave entrance collapsed when they came out. They also talk about Mark liking Ruby. Reena sees T.J. and tells him of her interesting lunch with his mother. Vicky tells Paige she had lunch with Mildred and then asks to see some dresses. T.J. tells Reena he doesn't like her pumping his mother for information. Mark tells Ruby that Judith likes her. He also tries to convince her to keep Hitopah quiet. Lurlene tells Elena that she and Joel are just friends. T.J. tells Paige that Reena is up to something. Reena tells Grant what kind of a person Ruby is and then Grant tells her he is having dinner with Judith and the family Wednesday night. Ruby watches as Lurlene shows Joel around the apartment.
