Vivien gives Iris a piece of paper she found by the phone and Iris tells her to forget she ever saw it. Peter asks Paige to dinner but she tells him she is going to the theatre with Elliot. Bubba gives Justin a fake message to get rid of him and then tells Ashley he wants the logbook papers back. Iris tells Vivien Dennis is voting with her to oust Ryan and then Grant enters the room. Paige tells Peter she can't give him what he wants and then she leaves. Ashley denies having the papers from the logbook. Iris tells Grant that there is a board meeting next week and Dennis is going to vote with her to oust Ryan. At the Club, Peter tells Dennis that Paige is out with his dad. Bubba tells Ashley he will get the papers one way or another and then he leaves when Justin returns and Justin tells Ashley they are going to the ranch to console Kate. Lurlene and Kate comfort each other. Peter gets on Dennis' nerves implying that Paige is going after Elliot. Grant tells Iris she is making a mistake but she says Ryan killed Alex and wants World Oil and she isn't going to let him have it. Peter tells Dennis he can tell he wants to get even with Paige and that the porno film was the tip of the iceberg but Dennis tells him to get lost. Kate talks to Lurlene about accepting the pain of Max's passing. Justin tells Ashley he intends for them to live on the ranch when they are married and he will find a way to drill for oil on the property. Dennis tells Iris he has changed his mind about helping her to oust Ryan. Lurlene talks to Jeb who blames himself for Max's passing. Kate tells Justin she may give her shares of the ranch to Ryan and Ginny as a wedding present. Iris tells Dennis she have Paige thrown out tonight if he doesn't cooperate and he tells her to go ahead. Lurlene convinces Jeb to come have dinner with Kate. Kate tells Justin he killed Max and to go back to Houston because he'll never turn the ranch into an oil field. Justin tells Kate he didn't kill Max and he will win if they fight but then Barrett enters and Kate tells Justin there is no way he will win.
