Plot Overview
A joint drug bust between the LCPD and the DEA goes south, resulting in the murder of an undercover cop and close friend of Hooker's and the loss of $500,000 in Federal money. Hooker then has to deal with a slick DEA bigwig with regards to jurisdiction...he wants the creep who killed his friend, but the Fed just wants to regain the lost money.
