When Sam goes missing from a parking lot, it's up to Dean to find him again. Teamed up with a police deputy, they're soon at the house where Sam is being held. However, it's clear from the start that this is something completly unlike what the brothers have faced before; these aren't demons, they're humans hunting other humans for sport.
