Plot Overview

As Clark takes refuge in Smallville, Lex, Metallo, and Vexman soon arrive to leave Superboy nowhere to run.

Happenings

• Superboy flies out of Capital City to Smallville in order to evade the high frequency sound. He realises that he can cancel the sounds from Lex's tone generator with another high frequency sound.

• After Superboy is revealed to be in Smallville and his shady practises are revealed, Bill Trenton calls in Vexman, Lex, and Metallo for help.

• The trio turn on each other, giving Superboy enough of an advantage to subdue everyone, including Trenton, who is implied to be arrested for his shady business.
