Plot Overview

Clark loses his job, but is offered another in its place. All he has to do is undergo a psychiatric evaluation, keeping him on his toes not to divulge the wrong information.

Behind the Scenes

• This episode and "Metamorphosis" were clearly aired out of order with one another as a clip is used even though the episode had not aired yet.

• The clip of Stacy Haiduk saying "Superboy" appears to be an outtake from "The Basement", as there is no shot like that featured in the final cut of the episode where she says that.

• In the teaser, after Ritter walks away, it cuts to another shot where you can see a boom mic over his head.
