Happenings
- Superboy evades Lex by entering the portal again. In this one, he was raised by a man who groomed him to rule the world, becoming the Sovereign. By contrast, Lex is working with a resistance group to defeat the Sovereign.
- Lex learns Winger has also created a remote device to control the interdimensional travel, but that world's Superboy prevents him from destroying it and uses it to retrieve the other Superboy. After returning with Lex, he destroys the portal.

Trivia
The Show
- While suggested in the previous episode, it's confirmed in this episode that Lex looks the same across the multiverse, effectively retconning the character's appearance in the first season and subsequent physical alteration at the beginning of Season 2.
- The Sovereign predates the Elseworlds story Red Sun, which also sees Superman rising into a dictator.
