Simon Stiles, occasionally referred to as simply "Sim," is one of the "big three" star cast members on the Studio 60 show-within-a-show. The pilot script describes Stiles as "a good-looking black man" and adds that "no occasional dosage of hip-hop attitude is gonna disguise the fact that he went to the Yale School of Drama." He has been a cast member on the series for roughly seven seasons.
