Spaceballs: The Animated Series is an animated comedy that airs on Super Channel in Canada, and on G4 in the USA. The series is based on Mel Brooks' 1987 motion picture Spaceballs. In addition to producing the series and co-writing the pilot, Brooks reprises his roles of President Skroob and Yogurt from the film. Daphne Zuniga and Joan Rivers also returns as the voices of their characters from the movie, Princess Vespa and Dot Matrix respectively.
