Plot Overview
J. B. King is coming to the station to inspect all the clocks and watches. Meanwhile, Mr. Conductor was cleaning the wishes out of the town wishing well and putting them in a bag with a wishing star. When Mr. Conductor vanishes suddenly to avoid being seen by Schemer, he leaves the wishing star behind. Schemer opens the bag and sees the star fly out, but thinks it's a firefly. Stacy suddenly comes rushing over to check Schemer's watch and Schemer wishes that Stacy and he could switch brains for one day so that she could see what his life was like. The wishing star zips by and the wish comes true. Schemer and Stacy start acting like one another, while Becky tries to find the runaway wishing star.

Quotes
- Billy: We weren't expecting you for another, uh...
- Schemer: (as Stacy) 6 minutes and 21 seconds.
- Mr. King: Well, all right, then. I'll be back in exactly 6 minutes and 21 seconds.
- Stacy: (as Schemer) Oh, thanks for the warning. (she slaps Mr. King on the back) See ya later.
- (she leaves)
- Mr. King: And, by all the railroad ties in the railroad, every clock and watch in this entire station better be working like... Like CLOCKWORK!!
- Schemer: (nervously) Yes, Mr. King, sir!
- Billy: You know, Becky, Midge has a great heart. (whispers as the star flies past) But sometimes I wish she'd zip her lip. Uh-oh!
- Becky: Uh-oh.
- (they exit the workshop to find Midge with a zipper in her mouth while attempting to interact)
- Stacy: (as Schemer) Hey, Billy, Becky, get a load of that new, improved Midge Smoot. (she laughs)
- Mayor: ...and in collusion, my fellow citizens, ask not what I can do for you, but rather, what you can do for me!
