Second Guess is an unsold game show that was piloted in July of 1986. It was possibly intended for NBC.

Two couples competed, one representing red, the other blue. Six prizes are presented on a board in order of value from the bottom to top. Each prize has a line of arrows on each side with the least valuable prize designated with one arrow per side and the most valuable with six arrows per side. Multiple choice questions are asked; the husband ringing in chooses an answer. His wife may agree with him or second guess him and pick a different answer. If she is right, the couple gets two spins. If wrong, the opposing couple gets one spin. A smaller board with three window slides starts flashing the prize names rapidly. The couple uses their spins to hit a plunger to stop the windows. If it stops on three individual prizes, they may select one, and one arrow is lit in their color for that prize. If it stops on two identical prize names and they select that, two arrows light up for that prize. If three identical prize names show up, that prize has three arrows automatically lit up. A prize is won when all arrows on that prize are lit. Any prizes won are the couple's to keep no matter what happens. The round ends after three prizes are won.

After two rounds, the couple that has won the most in value is the champion. They now play a bonus game where they vie for cash prizes up to $10,000. The couple is spotted $1000 (all arrows corresponding to it are lit) as the window slides now flash money values from $100 to $10,000. There is one arrow (that lights gold) for $100 going up to eight arrows for $10,000. They stop the windows with their plunger. They light up arrows for whatever cash prize on which they stop, winning that cash upon lighting up all the arrows for that prize. They may stop whenever they want, risking what they've won if the windows stop on three identical cash prizes that have already been won.
