While J.D. is trapped in a water tower, The Janitor takes over the narration and attempts to find his place in the hospital, even though he finds that he gets little respect from the doctors.

Allusions and References

• Transformers: Turk and J.D. paint a mural of Optimus Prime and Megatron fighting on the wall beside the crib in what will be Turk and Carla's nursery. Transformers is a popular animated series about a race of robots who land on Earth and take the form of modern vehicles to blend in. Optimus leads the good Autobots and Megatron leads the evil Decepticons.

Turk: That's Optimus Prime, and I don't think he's appreciate you calling him the big ugly one.
