Plot Overview
Mr. E. sends Velma and Hot Dog Water (whom Velma entreats the others to let join in Daphne's stead) to Russia, where the third piece of the Planispheric Disc is. The museum exhibit house in which it is located is flown to Crystal Cove where it sprouts legs and goes on a rampage, controlled by a witch known in Russian folklore as Baba Yaga. The gang confronts Velma about siding with Mr. E, but she promises she's one of the good guys--and it doesn't set well with Mr. E.
