As Cheyenne stuggles with bouts of morning sickness and a husband who doesn't sympathize with her, Reba is suspicious when a friend doesn't want her son playing at Reba's house.

Cheyenne experiences morning sickness for the first time, and Van's solution (via Brock) is to coach her to get over it with saltines and ginger ale. Visiting Brock and B.J. for a dinner party, Vheyenne learns that BJ fakes looking and acting well to keep her man happy.

Reba, meanwhile, learns that Jake's best friend's mother doesn't want her child spending time at Reba's house due to the seemingly uncomfortable home life.
