Van and Cheyenne return from their honeymoon in Galveston. Reba, still uneasy about the newlyweds' behavior as a loving couple, tries to get them to tone down their love when she's around.

Mrs. Hodge, the school principal, calls Reba and Brock to a meeting, where she suggests sending Cheyenne away to Holly House School for Girls, designed especially for pregnant teens. Angered that the school's solution is to hide her daughter away to keep up appearances, Reba encourages Van to stay home from a football game in protest.
