Plot Overview
The infant child of a close friend of Quincy's dies from electrocution, and the possibility is raised that it was murder and not accidental, due to the baby being born retarded. A fellow pathologist handles the case at the inquest, but his actions, which are more like a prosecutor than a pathologist, concern Quincy.
