Plot Overview

At one point, patrons of the punk rock nightclub learn of Quincy's opposition to the music, leading to a tense confrontation on a local TV talk show. The teenagers blame Quincy and his more conservative generation for such things as war, to which Quincy agrees that yes, his generation has contributed a lot to current problems ... but rather than complain, his generation went out and peacefully protested and did other things to make a difference and call attention to major issues such as racism, gender equality and economic hardship.

Later, Quincy – having realized that Abby's friend Molly may be one of the killers – tries to convince the punk teens to tell them where Molly is. The teens nearly attack Quincy, but one of the boys gains his senses and points the doctor in the right direction ... and they are able to not only save Abby's life (and hence stop another murder), but they are able to capture Molly.
