Plot Overview
A young girl is killed in a fall from a rooftop, and from the evidence, Quincy deduces that it was murder. He's led to the last person the victim called, the owner of a runaway shelter and a former street person in her own right, which in turn leads Quincy to search for a 12-year-old runaway who may have been lured into the world of child pornography. He also aids the shelter owner in her efforts to gain funding and keep the shelter open.
