Quotes

  • (Montoya talking to Tessa in the church)
Tessa: He never told me who she was.
Montoya: Pity. If I were not now in the house of God I would curse her.
Tessa: You know The Queen of Swords did not kill Antonio.
Montoya: If it were not for her, you would be sailing right now for Spain with a whole new life.
Tessa: Please don't.
Montoya: I'm sorry, I should not speak of such things. Courage Doña Alvarado, one day soon The Queen will pay for all the suffering she has brought down upon our heads. I am sure I join you in praying for her swift and timely death.
