Olive Snook is a waitress at the Pie Hole. A former jockey, she is now in love with Ned. Ned, however, does not return her feelings. She is the neighbor of Ned and Chuck, too, and all they have their flats in the second floor. In the sixth episode, she saw Ned's magic touch, when he saved a little bird. She would go on to help Emerson and Ned solve cases, becoming known as "Itty Bitty". Olive knows that Chuck is hiding from her aunts; she believes that Chuck fakes her death. She has no idea why. Olive also notics that Ned and Chuck don't touch, but she cannot fathom a reason for this.
