Waldo "Dustin" Brooks, a motocross rider, is played by Glenn McMillan. Dustin originally was into racing motocross bikes, but after fellow riders-- and ranger teammates, Blake and Hunter begin arguing over each other's "cheating," he switches to freestyle. Apart from motocross, Dustin is also a comic book geek and student at the Wind Ninja Academy along with Shane and Tori. He has the power of earth and can morph into the Yellow Ranger.

- Dustin is the second male Yellow Ranger, succeeding Tideus the Yellow Aquitian Ranger. Other male yellows include Chip Thorn and A-Squad Yellow.
