Pinwheel was a children's program on Nickelodeon that aired in the 80's. It was considered a clone of Sesame Street, as it featured multiple segments and skits, some animated, and others that involved puppets interacting with human characters. It was the lead show for a small network started in 1979 named Pinwheel, which later evolved into Nickelodeon.
