Plot Overview
Petrocelli's client is facing a manslaughter charge--she claims she didn't know whom she was firing at in the dark, but it turned out to be her boyfriend. He soon discovers that she's blind and also discovers that she thought she fired two shots, but only one shot killed the man. Pete's investigation into the dead man's background turns up something startling--the man didn't seem to exist until a year ago. Tony then finds out that he was an undercover government agent and correctly deduces that something was going on at the apartment building that wasn't exactly legal.

Characters
Just like she did in the first season episode "Mirror, Mirror, On the Wall...", Erica Hagen plays a well-endowed apartment dweller named Shirley. In both episodes, she's part of a crowd having a pool party when the murder occurs, and also in both episodes, she makes quite a play for our heroic lawyer!
