Plot Overview
Pete's friend, a rodeo clown accused of killing one of the rodeo's stars, proves to be a handful for Petrocelli--he signs a confession to the killing, claiming self-defense, but when Petrocelli learns that the fatal blow was struck from behind, all bets are off. Once Tony finds out the real reason his client confessed--to protect another rodeo star, the woman he loves--he's snooping around the rodeo grounds, where he finds no shortage of other rodeo folk who wanted the man dead.
