Plot Overview
A young man with the mental capacity of a nine-year-old is accused of raping and killing a resident at the apartment building where he worked as a handyman. Petrocelli has his work cut out for him--his client was arrested for voyeurism in the past, plus his knife was used to damage the victim's car. Noting that she drove an expensive car, Tony has to wonder if she was involved in some illicit business that may have led to her getting killed.
