Plot Overview
After a wealthy invalid woman is shot, Pete is hired by the woman's lawyer to find the primary suspect in the case, her caretaker, whom the lawyer claims was only after the woman's money. As he chases the man, Pete begins to suspect that the man really did care for her and is being set up for the crime.
