Plot Overview
A prowler who broke into Gunn's hotel room shortly before his departure from Acapulco turns out to be a wanted killer with a grudge against him. He's surprised to learn that the crook didn't take anything from his room, but left something in his luggage...a bomb set to explode in a couple of hours, during which time Gunn would have been on the plane headed home. Jacoby arrives with the extradition papers for the killer, and he and Pete set out to catch him...but the private detective has a lingering question...why would the man use a bomb that would take out an entire plane full of people when he could have more easily used a gun?
