Plot Overview
The daughter of a dear friend, a prominent judge, is arrested for shoplifting. Since Owen is already involved in a trial in her courtroom, Jess agrees to handle the girl's defense, but a couple of complications arise: she's a possible suspect in a theft that occurred in her college law class, and the shop owner's wife is accusing her of stealing previously from the store. Additionally, the shop owner seems to be prejudiced against young people, possibly because of a rift between him and his own daughter.
Notes
The "Bionic Couple" appear together for the first time, a couple of years before their iconic pairing on The Six Million Dollar Man.
