Night Court was a 30-minute sitcom that aired on NBC from January of 1984 until May of 1992. The show focused on a Manhattan arraignment courtoom presided over by Judge Harold T. Stone (Harry Anderson) and his crew of lunatic courtroom personnel, including massive bailiff "Bull" Shannon and crazy Assistant DA Dan Fielding. The show was created by Rheinhold Weege (Barney Miller).
TV Land picked up the reruns of Night Court in August 2005, kicking the show's tenure off with a 48-hour marathon. The show currently runs at 11:30 PM every day of the week, with a two-hour block of episodes every Tuesday night starting at 7:00 PM.
