Plot Overview
A young boy cleaning windshields comes to Wolfe's brownstone, claiming to have seen a woman in a car telling him that she needs help and to call the police. When the boy is later struck and seriously injured by that same car, and the woman who claimed to need help visits Wolfe and later winds up dead, it leads him and Archie to take a closer look at the woman's business, which helps refugees in need...and may also be helping undesirable people enter the States illegally.
