[edit] Plot Overview

[edit] The Movie

America's first supersonic transport is going on its maiden voyage. Things quickly go sour as a deadly flu breaks out and an act of sabotage damages the ship's landing gear. This is a made-for-tv movie and it shows.

[edit] The Host Segments

  • Opening Segment - Dr. Forrester returns from the mad scientist convention. He brings back some gifts for everyone, including today's movie.
  • Segment One - Joel ponders the old theory that robots can't feel pain. He shocks Tom Servo with electricity to find out the answer for himself.
  • Segment Two - Gypsy has a cold which makes her sound a lot like Marilyn Monroe.
  • Segment Three - Tom Servo sings a song while the rest of the crew participates in a limbo competition.
  • Closing Segment - Tom Servo and Crow read fan mail from hot babes.

[edit] Notes

  • This is the first episode on which fan mail is read as opposed to taking calls from viewers.
