Most Evil is a documentary that airs on Discovery Times. The series examines some of what the producers consider to be the most evil people in history. They use psychologists and forensics psychiatrists to examine what was going on in the brains of these people as they did some of their more notorious acts.
Michael Stone, MD (Columbia University professor of clinical psychiatry) applies his scale of evil to various serial killers to assess their level of evil as well as the characteristics that influence the assessment of that level. Some of the people assessed include Ted Bundy, Jim Jones, Charles Manson, Charles Whitman, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ed Gein, Gary Heidnik and Arthur Shawcross
