Plot Overview
Mobster Lou Merrick has collected a million dollars in blackmail from government officials, and plans to use it to buy into the Syndicate's narcotic trade. The IMF must first drug his boss Stone then convince Merrick that the paralyzed mobster is "speaking" through clairvoyant Paris, to convince Merrick to invest the million dollars in a phony drug deal they've set up.
