Plot Overview
While vacationing in Latin America, Barney is arrested for murder and sentenced to death without benefit of a trial by a tyrannical police chief who runs a secret death squad. Jim summons Paris and Willy, who arrive and pose as a jewel thief and Interpol inspector respectively, and together they work a scheme playing upon the greed of the evil police chief.
