Plot Overview
Flamboyant FBI agent Ed Wingate eludes his colleagues and the police alike through various disguises while making frequent visits to Matlock with possible evidence that could clear his name, evidence that proves that someone in the Bureau was involved in a high-profile child kidnapping. Billy refuses to testify against the 'nice' young couple who kidnapped him, forcing the Assistant D.A. to brand him a hostile witness and also cause Cliff no end of embarrassment.
