Plot Overview
Certain that whatever got the creepy P.I. killed happened in St. Thomas, Matlock has Cliff go undercover as a tourist. A second murder occurs, that of the girl involved with the P.I., and Cliff discovers a criminal conspiracy between a travel agency owner and the operators of the resort.
