Plot Overview
A millionaire philanthropist poses an unusual challenge to Matlock...he tells the lawyer that someone close to him will be killed at 3:15 the next day and that he will be the killer and dares Ben to prove it. The victim turns out to be Ben's close friend Lt. Brooks.
