Plot Overview
A killer whom Ballinger helped send to Death Row escapes from the courthouse, killing three more people. Ballinger tracks him down and recaptures him, then accompanies him on a train ride to the death house. During the ride, his prisoner overpowers him, takes his badge and gun, and makes it appear that he's the cop and Ballinger is the criminal.
