[edit] Biography

Lorraine Bracco was born in 1954 on October 2nd. Her mother is Sheila and her father is Sal Bracco. Her mother was very excited when she arrived in 54 because she could dress her up like a little baby doll. She has a brother named sal jr and a sister named lizzie. In sixth grade every body voted her the ugliest girl on the bus but they never knew that she would be on her way to fame and fortune but un lucky for her she never knew what road blocks she had to face. When she first got pregnant with her first daughter Margaux she got married to the babies father daniel. But Daniel was in love with another women and just because you are having a baby doesnt mean that you are in love. But you learn from your mistakes and she did just like everyone else. Then in the 80's after her and her husband divorced she got involved with Harvey. Harvey was the father of her second child Stella. But when the marriage started out it was filled with passion like a marriage should be but it got to the point where everyone was afraid to live breathe and moved around him. And what Lorraine really needed was a loving comfort from what she was going threw and who could blame her?? She just wanted to get what she was craving just one time. So are we saying that people cant make mistakes?? She did learn that what she did was wrong but after all that pestering what was she supposed to tell him?? After finally getting pestered to the point she was going crazy she told him the truth and he went ballistic. And for that Lorraine i am so sorry. Every once in a while she needed to be loved and not the kind of love that you get from a family member or child but a spouse someone you could connect with. The guy she slept with name was eddie but he didnt end up in the story until a little longer. Harvey and her went threw a horrible custody battle over Stella and it made her feel lost helpless and beaten up. For every little thing he took her to court and i mean everything. It got so outrageous that she was in debt so much that she didnt even think it was possible to pay it off. after the divorce she jumped in to a marriage with edie. What was she supposed to do?? at one of the most dramatic point in her life she just got together with someone who cared. And of course she got token to court for that too. Eventually after a while they faintly dreaded into there own direction but when she finally figured out she was depressed she did the right thing. she got help. and that means any one can and she had shown that women are strong and they deserve help. And thanks to her many people every day get help. When She first got the script for the "sopranos" she was originally supposed to play Carmela but she wanted to play Dr.Jennifer Melfi and she portrays her wonderfully and captures Dr.Melfi's atheistic characteristics. And the chemistry between her and James Gandolfini is excellent and he raises the stakes of the game for any one around him. In 2001 when the attack on the twin towers occurred she wasn't in town in fact the only one of her daughters that were in the city was Margaux because after she graduated form NYU she got a jod for Bobbi Brown cosmetics. She called her mother that day crying because she wasnt there. Later they both went to ground zero together.
