Plot Overview
Stabler discovers from his wife, Kathy that a nurse friend of hers treated a 14-year-old girl named Cynthia Wilmont for rape, but the girl refuses to report the crime. Stabler breaks the rules to determine what happened to Cynthia; after Cynthia ends up hospitalized after speaking with Stabler and Benson, SVU discovers that Cynthia was involved in sexual activity with some of her popular classmates.
