Plot Overview
After a federal prisoner is found mysteriously murdered while in a truck with two other prisoners, the investigation reveals that one of the prisoners is a suspected IRA member who has been detained in the United States without charge; The detectives and prosecutors face resistence from the federal authorities when they try to pursue murder changes against the suspect.
