Plot Overview
When an African-American teenage girl claims to have been raped by white police officers, the prosecution believes it might be a hoax after the evidence doesn't appear to support the girl's claim and things get more complicated when an African-American congressman gets involved with the case, claiming it to be a racially-motivated cover-up.
