Koppel on Discovery (2006—) is a series of news documentary specials hosted by legendary journalist Ted Koppel, which airs on the Discovery Channel. As he did on Nightline, Koppel investigates each subject thoroughly and seriously, and with an eye towards in-depth coverage of an individual topic. However, the Koppel on Discovery specials air irregularly, and they are not as limited in time slot, so Koppel has more freedom to provide more comprehensive coverage.
