KTDO is the Telemundo affiliate in El Paso, Texas (licensed to Las Cruces, New Mexico). It broadcasts on digital channel 47.


KTDO signed on the air in 1984 as an English-language independent station as call letters KASK-TV. In 1989, it changed to KZIA. In 1995, KZIA became the area's UPN affiliate. In 1997, the station's call letters changed to KMAZ. In 1999, the station became a Telemundo affiliate and remains it to this day.

During the 1980s, KTDO as KASK-TV and KZIA, the station aired newscasts.
