Plot Overview

Gillian helps Kyle find a place of his own and Kyle ends up moving into Vincent's old apartment with Donna in the end; Amy hears the case of two teenagers who stole a stop sign which resulted in a man becoming comatose in an accident and a teenage boy who impersonated a police officer at a high school; Maxine has to decide whether or not a woman who is being released from prison after being incarcerated for the death of her son should return home; meanwhile, Kyle clashes with his boss, Brian at Teen Harbor about a situation with a client.
