Plot Overview
Unable to find the right foster home for Eric, Maxine allows him to stay at her house; Kyle helps out a teenage drug addict who wants to get AIDS so he'll have a place to live; Amy presides over the case of a teenage boy who is suing a tobacco company for causing him to get emphysema; meanwhile, Gillian tries to befriend a black couple by inviting them to dinner, but things don't turn out as she expected.
