Plot Overview
In 1983, a drug bust went awry, and several million dollars was stolen. Fast-forward to 1988...one of the cops suspected of stealing the money is paroled from prison for his alleged role in the theft, another is shot to death in his home, and Hunter, who was one of the cops suspected of being in on the theft, reopens the investigation to finally settle matters and clear his name. He becomes certain that his colleague who went to prison had no role in the theft, and when another cop from that bust is killed, that leaves only one man, who left the force to become a private investigator...or does it?
