Plot Overview
Carlos Mariano, whose brother Raul raped McCall and nearly killed Hunter, arrives in L.A. seeking revenge against Hunter for his brother's death. Since he has diplomatic immunity, there really isn't much that Hunter can do to protect himself, and Carlos is determined to kill him when he least expects it.
